I’m always amazed at how the same person can make the same three meals of meat, pasta, and potatoes at least 10 times in a row and yet continue to change how they eat. You can be a foodie and still be a vegetarian, vegan, or anything in between. Your food just has to taste good and have a purpose.

When you go on a lactovec diet you get a lot of meat in one day, which can be problematic.
